Dental Health

The populations most impacted by COVID-19 face a higher risk of oral diseases and experience disparities in oral health.

COVID-19 has restricted access to dental care due to closures and reduced hours of dental offices, except for emergency and urgent services.

Healthy teeth and gums make eating well and enjoying a good meal easier.

Several issues can affect your mouth’s health, but proper care should keep your teeth and gums strong as you age.

Practice good oral hygiene:

– Brush your teeth twice a day for two minutes using fluoride toothpaste.

– Use dental floss once a day to remove 40% of what brushing didn’t clean.

– Visit the dentist for routine check-ups.

– Take care of your teeth and mouth!
